Hanny’s (corner facade)

This building is an clear example of the blooming modern era architecture in Phoenix, Arizona in the last midcentury.
The designer, Janis Leonard, decided to leave most of the original modern elements in the facade intact.
The entire team was more than happy to know that the location of the performance was this specific building as it created an statement about how to reuse an empty space on a building that is coming to life little by little.
